Lisburn Cricket Club Turns Purple for NIPANC Charity Cricket Day

Join us on 4 July 2026 for a special day of cricket, community spirit, fundraising and awareness in support of people affected by pancreatic cancer across Northern Ireland.

On Saturday, 4 July 2026, Lisburn Cricket Club will turn purple as the club hosts a very special Charity Cricket Day in support of NIPANC.

Taking place from 12 pm until late, the event will see Lisburn take on Muckamore Cricket Club in a fantastic day of premier league cricket, fundraising, and community spirit — all helping to support families affected by pancreatic cancer.

Supporters attending are encouraged to help “Purple Out the Park” by wearing purple and standing together in support of everyone impacted by this devastating disease. Every donation, every ticket purchased, and every person attending will help support NIPANC’s work in raising awareness, funding vital research, and supporting people and families affected by pancreatic cancer across Northern Ireland.

The day promises something for everyone, both on and off the field.

Alongside the live cricket action, there will also be:

  • A cricket blitz for younger children during the innings break
  • Pop-up shops
  • Sweet treats
  • A dedicated NIPANC awareness stall
  • A welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere throughout the day

Once the match concludes, the event will continue into the evening in the clubhouse, where supporters can enjoy live sport on screen, great company, and an after-match meal available for just £5 per ticket.

More than just a cricket match, this event is about bringing people together, showing support for families affected by pancreatic cancer, and making a real difference through awareness and fundraising.
